I realised that its hard to make out certain things without some info. Also please ignore the 266 pantry label. So here are some things to take note of:
Yellow - ECI Events
These are usually the major programs that we run and the location it is allocated can be seen when you click on the event
Orange - Events for 344 tr rm
Green - Events for 344 Office
Red - Events for 266 tr rm
Blue - Events for 266 Pantry
Bubbled events usually denote the event running for the whole day whereas the rest will have a timeframe that you can see when you click on the event
If you wish to isolate any of the different categories above there is a tiny arrow beside the word agenda on the calendar which will have a drop down menu that you can check or uncheck so you can focus on certain categories if you wish to do so.
